Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including all software, text, graphics, logos, and other content — belong exclusively to Braveviewer or its licensors. Braveviewer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely for its intended purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have any necessary permissions to access third-party content through the Service. Braveviewer does not store, sell access to, or distribute copyrighted material owned by third parties. If you believe content accessible through the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to [email protected] with a description of the work, the location of the allegedly infringing content, and a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Braveviewer does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Braveviewer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In no event shall Braveviewer's total liability to you exceed $100 USD.
Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Braveviewer, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. Braveviewer does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any linked third-party websites or services. Your interactions with such websites are solely between you and the third party.
Miscellaneous
These Terms may not be transferred or assigned by you without Braveviewer's prior written consent. Braveviewer may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at its discretion. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Only the English version of these Terms has legal effect.
